Option Realty, Inc. is a non-MLS real estate license holding company developed for real estate agents and brokers. We are recognized by the Association of REALTORS as an LFRO company. If you work with us, you will enjoy many advantages.

What to Know When You Partner with Us

You will be referred to as a referral agent.

You will still be considered an active agent by the state of Minnesota, just like you were when you were an agent with access to MLS.

The state will still require you to take 15 hours of continuing education every year.

Option Realty, Inc. manages your license renewal every other year with the MN Department of Commerce, just like you do now.

Although LFRO companies have been available for many years, most agents/brokers are unaware of them. When they discover LFRO companies, they are happy to have such a great option.

How Much Does It Cost?

The annual fee to be licensed with us is $99. (unless you are referred by a Broker or an Option Realty Inc. Agent, then the  annual fee is waived.

If you generate a referral, the $99 fee is refunded.

If your broker refers you, this fee is waived.

Your commission split is 80/20, and there are no other fees.

A Win-Win Situation for Everyone

It is always disappointing to you and your broker if you decide to send your license back to the state. Option Realty, Inc. is a win-win situation for you and your broker because if you do generate a referral, it is likely that you will refer your business to the brokerage you were affiliated with.

We have held hundreds of licenses and paid the referral fees of licensees. They would not receive them if their license were inactive.

If you do not have someone you know who can manage your referral, Option Realty, Inc. has a large network of agents in Minnesota and nationwide. We will provide several choices, and you will decide who to refer it to. We will take care of the follow-up.
